Ingredients

Vegetable empanada
  • Sour cream pastry

  • Cabbage

  • Green pawpaw

  • Mushroom

  • Vinegar

Meat empanada
  • Sour cream pastry

  • Pork Mince

  • Soy sauce

  • Peas

  • Corn

  • Carrot

  • Onion

Preparation

Oven-Baking Instructions:


  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

  2. Place the frozen empanadas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  3. Lightly brush the tops with egg wash (optional) for a golden finish.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.

  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.


Air Fryer Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Arrange the frozen empanadas in the air fryer basket without overlapping.

  3. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
