Ingredients

Vegetable spring rolls
  • Cabbage

  • Soy sauce

  • Spring roll pastry


Meat spring rolls
  • Beef Mince

  • Chicken mince

  • Sugar, Ascorbic acid

  • Garlic

  • Pepper

  • Vinegar

  • Soy sauce

  • Paprika

  • Peas

  • Carrots

  • Capsicum

  • Corn

  • Onion

  • Spring roll pastry

Preparation

Frying Instructions:


  1. Do not thaw the spring rolls before cooking. Cook straight from frozen for best results.

  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 180°C (350°F).

  3. Carefully place the frozen spring rolls into the hot oil, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

  4. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!


Air Fryer Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).

  2. Lightly spray or brush the frozen spring rolls with oil.

  3. Arrange the spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve warm with your favorite dip.
